Hubble is Great Britain's first automated digital inspection and fault detection platform developed with NR that helps to make the railway safer and improve performance for passengers. Hubble is data agnostic and takes data from multiple capture methods including footage direct from rolling stock and LiDAR sensors. Users are then provided with location based analytics and insights on various lineside faults including:

• Poler: Real-time monitoring of critical equipment, such as pantograph systems, that alert control room teams to immediate high risk issues before it is too late Network Rail uses CrossTech Poler software to provide a digital safety blanket to over 3000 pantographs across the Southern Region. Protecting passengers from serious disruption.
• Escalator Safety: Real-time remote condition monitoring of lift and escalator assets at railway stations across the United Kingdom is a game-changer for improving the passenger experience. CrossTech developed a cutting-edge data ingestor to enable accessible data pipelines and cloud infrastructure for Network Rail’s lifts and escalators assets.
• Asset Management: At the request of Network Rail, CrossTech benchmarked asset management leaders including Rolls Royce and EDF to learn about other, modern approaches which would benefit Network Rail. Passenger AI - CrossTech has developed software to enable a breakthrough in passenger experience. Passenger-AI solves for accurate insights on passenger demand, improving network planning, reducing dwell time, optimising vehicle utilisation and providing real-time occupancy data to passengers' mobile phones.
